About me
Stephanie Vanden Bos is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 25 years of experience providing psychotherapy to adult individuals and couples in New York, Jersey City and Massachusettes. Her primary areas of expertise are relationships, depression, trauma and anxiety.
Stephanie works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and the complex challenges of growing up and living fully.
She believes therapy is not just about symptom relief, but about having a place where you feel truly understood, taken seriously, and no longer alone with what feels overwhelming. Her work integrates thinking, feeling, and action, helping clients make sense of their inner lives while creating meaningful change and healthier happier relationships.
With warmth, steadiness, and thoughtful feedback, Stephanie supports people in building on their strengths, loosening painful patterns, and developing a deeper sense of confidence and connection.
